Many of his songs are written and created by himself. He has worked with a range of other rappers and singers-partically american singers such as Frank Ocean. I would describe the music and music videos very unique-he has a quirky and odd style of expressing himself in his songs and music videos. His style are bright colours (pop-art) which are show mostly through products of his own like the clothing line he owns and the CD cover for his album. Most of the music videos are colourful but their are some dark music videos that Tyler the creator has. Every dark music video is about a topic that he is passionate about. The Mise-en-scene in "Fu*king young" give it away that the music video must be about something not too serious compared to the screen shot of "Tyler the creator-yonkers" were the lighting has a dark contrast and has a black and white tone with no signs of colour. The lyrics for "Yonkers" are sung aggressively as their are swear words being used repetitively through the video. Where as in "Fu*king young" the lyrics have a light tone to it and their is a eco sounded singer that gives that feel of light hearted to the music video.
